Privacy
Last updated 18 September 2026. Plain words first, the formal clause under each.
We hold your account and billing details. We never see your files. Anonymous usage notes help us improve the app and you can switch them off. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
What we hold about you
Your email, password hash, plan and billing status, the devices you signed in from (as hashed identifiers), and, on Studio, the files you chose to share and the comments on them.
Anonymous usage notes
The type of file crushed, which controls were used, before and after sizes, how long it took, app version and operating system, tied to a random install id. Never files, file names, paths, previews, your email or location. Switch it off on first run or in Settings.
Who we share with
The payment provider for billing, the email provider for the emails we send, and the hosting provider that stores Studio files in the EU. Nobody else, and never for advertising.
Your rights
Export or delete everything from Settings, or write to [support email]. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
