The app says my subscription lapsed but I paid
Usually a bank retry delay. Open Settings, then Plan, then Refresh. If that fails, the Fix payment button in the email we sent you does it.
Moving to a new laptop
Sign in on the new one. You have two device slots; the app asks which to replace if both are used.
